Swaziland Part 2 Fishing destinations!!

Hitting the back roads of Swaziland to catch some Tigerfish.

We got accommodation in Mbabane the capital city of Swaziland. We decided to go and test out Luphohlo Dam (15 km from Mbabane). It is not as scenic as Maguga dam but it is still comfortably nestled between mountains. We caught on e little fish and were informed there is a much better dam to fish in Swaziland, so off we went.

We moved on to Lubovane dam to catch Tiger Fish! We stayed at a lovely fishing camp riding out with Kayaks for a beautiful sunrise and some fishing on a remote ‘African’ lake. We caught a few decent Tiger Fish, unfortunately the photographer was nowhere to be found ;-).

We waved goodbye to friendly Swaziland and headed for Jozini dam where we found amazing accommodation on top of the mountain overlooking the dam.

Lovely little bush camp and the best Tiger fishing I have done away from the Zambezi.
